Role Overview
We are seeking an Excel and Database Expert to join our team as a Learning and Workflow Facilitator, driving operational efficiency and employee development. This role is critical to optimizing workflows by leveraging advanced Excel skills, managing complex databases, and creating comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Excel, including macros, formulas, filtering, and dashboards, as well as experience designing and integrating databases to streamline company processes.

Key Responsibilities
Excel and Database Management
Build, manage, and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets, including macros, formulas, pivot tables, and advanced filtering.
Create dashboards and automated reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
Develop and integrate databases, consolidating data from multiple sources into a single, comprehensive system.
Workflow Optimization
Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement datadriven solutions.
Design and maintain efficient workflows using Excel and database tools to streamline operations.
Training and Development
Train employees on best practices for using Excel and database tools.
Develop training programs and materials to enhance technical skills and productivity.
Reporting and Analysis
Generate detailed reports and visualizations to support decisionmaking and track performance metrics.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting systems.
Collaboration and Support
Work with crossfunctional teams to align database solutions with business needs.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, helping them improve technical and operational skills.
Qualifications
Excel Proficiency
Expertlevel skills in Microsoft Excel, including macros, dashboards, advanced formulas, and pivot tables.
Experience creating and managing large datasets and integrating data sources into unified systems.
Database Management
Strong knowledge of database design, maintenance, and integration.
Familiarity with tools like Access, Google Sheets, or SQL preferred.
Training Experience
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training programs, particularly on Excel and database usage.
Management and Leadership Skills
Clear experience in project management, people management or team coordination experience. It is a must to have either provable managementcoordination and leadership skills
Analytical Skills
Strong problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to workflow optimization.
Additional Requirements
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work in a fastpaced environment.
